Transit Tire Rack - Hinge Mount Sytems and Options

Rear Door driver-side tire rack for Ford Transit. This is a hinge mount system and swings out with the door - no need to swing out the tire first then the door as in other older designs. Tire carrier is only available for the drivers side door.

Ladders, boxes and other storage are available for the same hinge mount system. Not all options are available for both sides, but call or email as things change quick.

These systems bolts into the factory door hinge locations, no Drilling Required! Compatible with both the 180 and 270 degree hinges. Also included is a limiting strap so the door will not make contact with the side of the van.

Ladder is also available for the tire carrier or by itself. When the ladder is ordered with the tire carrier, you will receive three auxiliary steps to make it easy and comfortable to climb past your tire and get to your roof.

Box racks are also available and can be ordered for Driver or Passenger side - tire carrying is eliminated with the box. Call or email for box options and availability at this time. Boxes are non returnable special order only. 

Back Pack option includes the base unit which mounts to the van door as well as the mounting plate to carry accessories (no tire carrier when used in this format and accessories not included). You are able to mount a variety of accessories to the BackPack – such as rotopax, recovery gear, kitchen accessories and so much more!
